What this website collects

This site is a marketing site. It does not ask you to create an account, and there is no application database connected to it yet.

• No tracking cookies. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No form storage. The enquiry form on the contact page does not post to a server. It composes a message in your own email client, which you choose to send or not.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, timestamp and user agent, for security and reliability purposes.

If you email us

We keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if you asked to be kept informed, to contact you about early access. We do not sell or share them. Ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to hello@healthcarevedas.com.

Please do not send patient-identifiable information. If you do, we will delete it and tell you that we have.

What the platform will handle

HealthcareVedas is being built for operational records — stock and consumption data, census counts, documents, SOPs and registers. Patient-identifiable clinical data is out of scope by design.

When the platform is operating, each organisation's uploads will be scoped to that organisation, access will be governed by role, and changes will be recorded in an audit trail. Credentials and keys are supplied through environment configuration and are never committed to source control.

We will update this page as the platform develops, and the reviewed version that replaces this draft will be dated.
